Our company was founded in December 2022 by Kulcspatikák Zrt. – Hungary’s only professional pharmacy chain consisting of family-owned pharmacy businesses, independent of manufacturers and wholesalers, and now with over 200 member pharmacies –, whose owners are themselves practicing pharmacists and pharmacy owners.

Our fundamental philosophy is that everyone has the right to health and to adequate healthcare. An essential condition for this is that patients, and the healthcare professionals who care for them, have access to a wide range of high quality but affordable medical products (including pharmaceuticals, medical devices and therapeutic aids). Consequently, one of our main objectives is to conduct our activities with the greatest possible professionalism and competence.

Our quality assurance system is fully compliant with GDP, ISO 13485:2016 and ISO 9001:2015 requirements for distributors, and we operate under a valid pharmaceutical wholesaler licence. Our company operates from multiple sites and our validated transportation system ensures that products are delivered to our customers in the most efficient way.

Our entire operation meets the requirements of general fairness and legal compliance, with a contracted compliance officer working to ensure this.
